Wrong details in the issues policy

I took a policy (already issued) in which bond papers certain health details mentioned are incorrect, I never mentioned them as I don’t have those issues. E.g “chest pain/heart diseases ” is marked as YES. Neither i have this issue nor it was indicated in medical test they performed. I have requested them over call and in email several times in last 20 days but they are not not taking any action. In email they give some random response and on phone they say they will escalate, that’s it but no action on the request.


what shall I do now ? I am close to the end of free look period. Shall I surrender the policy
