Advice on health insurance

I have health insurance policy of UIIC for more than 14 years for my family including my wife 48, my child 21 and me 51 as of now. This year they escalated premium by ₹6500 till the age of 55. Now premium is around 26809. I wanna change it now as it is too much for me. What you advise ce. I am now a diabetic
