Aggregate deductible reimbursement with second insurance?

If we have a retail policy with aggregate deductible amount of 50k. If a claim arises which is initially 50k paid in cash & remaining amount as cashless claim from retail policy, can that 50k amount be claimed back as reimbursement from second corporate policy which does not have any aggregate deductible?

Yes you can. You can also claim deductions from your personal/second corporate policy if they were denied by the first one for same hospitalisation through reimbursements. I did claim for my consumables amount from my personal policy which was not passed by my corporate policy.
