Are insurance brokers like RenewBuy trustworthy?

Hi all,
I have been looking to get health insurance for my family. I was researching and comparing a couple of them online and came across several RenewBuy comparison pages. These websites are also great for comparison but I have my doubts about their trustworthiness.
Have any of you bought any insurance from them? Do they work like PolicyBazar?
