Delay in payment from Insurance
My Sister's reimbursement claim was approved by TPA on 23rd February. Till date the payment has not been released, Insurance say TPA has to take care, TPA says insurance has to take care and Insurance customer care says Policy servicing office will take care of payment, TPA only approves. Policy servicing office says head office and TPA will take care? Can anyone suggest how to tackle this for release of payment?
