Does care advantage plan cover critical illness?

Care Advantage is not a critical illness policy it is a comprehensive indemnity based health insurance means it pay for your hospitalization expenses which you are billed only and do not give you any lump sum. All comprehensive health insurance will cover your hospitalization expenses whether for critical illness or any other illness but the critical illness benefit policy will give a lump sum (sum insured) when you will diagnosed with any of the critical illnesses listed in the critical illness policy you can spend this money any way you want this is good for any loss of income or for general hospitalization expense but indemnity based health insurance will pay for what you are billed for in hospitalization expense

so,Care Advantage is indemnity based comprehensive health insurance not a critical illness policy

1. You must report to Policy Bazaar and escalate the confusion . They generally have call recordings to establish the misunderstanding.

2. Apply for freelook if you are within 15 days .

3. Health insurance and Critical illness are two independent plans . They dont complement but supplement. Health insurance is a must and critical illness supplemrnts .
