Effect of policy holder donating his kidney on his term insurance of hdfc life

If someone has HDFC Life click to protect term insurance plan and wants to voluntarily donate a kidney to a close relative. What are the implications on his insurance premium and renewal as well as claim acceptance if he dies during the transplant or afterward.

Dear Sanjay
If donation has happened after 3 years of policy then claim will be payable.
However , there can be problem if donation has happened in first three year as company has right to terminate the contract .
