Group cover for parents and sister

My father had a health insurance from his office and he never cared to buy a personal one. He has retired early now and without a comprehensive cover. I wish to buy a family health insurance for him (age 59 yrs) that will also include my mother (55 yrs) and sister (25 yrs) . Pls guide best way to go about it since he has some pre-conditions and best policy recommendations for him. Thanks
