Health cover bought from bank

i have bought Heath insuarance from pnb bank of oriental insuarance via group policy. She is having arthritis and blood pressure from last 12 years.
now, their tie up with insurer ends this year.my policy is expiring in 2 months.what options do I hold and can I port with same or other company.

Since it's a group policy, it can't be ported into a retail policy of any other company. However, you can move to the retail plan of Oriental .
Since there is a PED of arthritis and BP, it is advised to opt for oriental retail plan so that coverage continuity remains.
