Health insurance product for history of Sleep apnea

Hi..
I had history of sleep apnea and was using CPAP machine. After treatment, I do not have sleep apnea nor do i use CPAP.
I am trying to find health insurance product which accepts above stated history, but could not find one.
Basis above, could you please suggest health insurance product/s ?

We tried to speak to almost all the insurers as had to check the possibility of policy for one of our clients, but couldn't find a single insurer offering cover with sleep apnea as PED.
Sleep disorder comes under permanent exclusions list, I am afraid policy may not be possible in this case.

Your best option is to buy a plan with copayment or one that puts permanent exclusion on Sleep Apnea, Sleep Apnea is a risk that most insurers are unwilling to take.
Unfortunately, that is the reason why you are facing such difficulties, I am afraid there is no other policy that i am aware of that can fit into your criteria.
