We breathe insurance :)

Hello Mr. Mane,

The medical world and Insurers are currently in the unknown to completely understand the after effects of COVID19 - hence they are likely to take cautious steps before they approve health insurance coverage.

Insurers are likely to take the following approach:

  1. Postpone: Approach the insurance company for insurance after 6 months from the date of recovery from COVID19
  2. Detailed evaluation: Thoroughly evaluate your health condition post recovery - They may ask for all medical investigation papers (like discharge summary, diagnostic tests, etc.), tele-evaluation or interview to understand your current health condition - and if there are any after effects. Insurers are also likely to request for a medical test.
