HDFC Ergo Energy plan covers inpatient hospitalization only due to Hypertension & Diabetes from day 1.

I think Aditya Birla Activ health platinum enhanced plan covers only OPD for Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Asthma under the Chronic Management Program but there is some waiting period logic based on health assessment even in this. Other advisors who deal with Aditya Birla can confirm if it also covers Inpatient hospitalization.

Royal Sundaram Multiplier plan which covers ABCD (Asthma, BP (Hypertension), Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia) and Diabetes) from 31st day but the loading is on higher side.

or

Niva Bupa Reassure which offers coverage for inpatient hospitalization only due to Hypertension & Diabetes by including a disease management add-on on paying additional premium.
