Dear Lokesh,

To answer your question in simple language

Any major disease/ Illness which can be cured or person can live with such illness is a Critical illness.

Any critical illness or condition which can not be cured and doctor certifies that this person will live for 6 months or for 1 year this type of condition is known as terminal illness.

Please refer critical illness list of diseases all critical illness if it's not treated on time can lead to terminal illness.
