Looking for Recommendations while Porting Health Insurance to New Company

Planning to port to a 10L insurance cover for myself & my wife both aged 31 staying in Mumbai.
We currently have Oriental floater which has very restrictive benefits.
The policy will complete 4 years in Mar'21. Have not put in any claims so far.
Considering HDFC optima restore as one of the options. Open to recommendations of other companies.
Main criteria are
1) No copay,
2) No claim bonus considering we have not claimed so far in our existing policy for 4 years
3) No room rent capping
4) Better/Smoother claim experience
5) Lesser exclusions and restrictions
Can someone please share experience of HDFC Ergo and other companies for claim settlements.

Hey Udit,
Optima Restore is a good option and I would recommend it.
Quick advice - Ensure that you disclose any known medical problem, medication you are taking, any hospital admissions major/minor, any accidents/injuries etc, any major/minor allergies etc for all family members till date to the new insurer.
Even if any agent tells you story to not mention any of these details, don't trust them. Doesn't matter if you already informed the medical history in Oriental policy or something occurred during the past 4 years, disclose as much as possible while porting.
Happy to answer any follow-up questions.
