Max Life Term Plan - Issue with fresh Policy - MWPA Missing

Hi,
I recently opted for Max Life Smart Secure Term plan. I had requested for the policy to be issued under MWPA and had shared the required form completely filled and signed with Max team before the policy was issued.
While i got the policy issued, i can`t see the MWPA mentioned anywhere. Kindly advise

Dear Ankur,
Kindly cross check copy of your policy document. Please go through Policy Schedule you will Nominee Details mentioned as Under MWPA.
Incase it is not there cross check the proposal form you filled. See the addendum you had filled is part of the document or not.
If details are missing reach out to customer support or intermediary for rectification immediately.

As per MWPA . A new policy has to be bought under MWPA by stating in objective of insuramce .
If you have filled the addendum then policy need to be issued under MWPS only .
Pl call on maxlife call center number and they should rectify the mistake else you can reach us at Insurance Samadhan .
