Is Nicotine patch/ smoking cessation treatment covered by any health insurance in India? What are the related terms and conditions ?

The health insurance policies usually cover hospitalisation or daycare procedures that need to be undertaken in a hospital setting but does not require hospitalisation. Tobacco dependence treatments like nicotine patch are outpatient treatments and do not require hospitalisation and won’t be covered.
