Non cashless claim got rejected
Share Insurance from Niva Bupa Health insurance company got rejected even after submitting all the relevant document post surgery
It was a non cashless claim as hospital is not in the list of panel
Received below mail from them.
What would be my next course of action in order to get the claim

In this scenario, you may have to get in touch with the grievance cell of the insurance company and take your case with them. In case you are unable to get any help from there as well.
