Can critical illness claim under health insurance can be denied based on 3 financial years with occupation proof of the insured not available?

Hey Selvaraj,
I have not seen any claim getting rejected due to this reason. Infact income proof has nothing to do with claim, but I would not like to make comment without knowing more about the case.
