Hi,

I am Indian origin, but recently changed my citizenship to European.

when i contacted Indian insurance company for health insurance, they declined saying they dont provide health insurance for PIO.

I specially said i need health insurance for myself for treatments happening inside indian borders only. Reasons being i see myself settling down in India for retirement age.

Hi Mr.Annamalai Ramanathan,

Most Health Insurance companies in India are offering the coverage to members with a status such as NRI, OCI, PIO etc. There are certain formalities that you need to complete in terms of sharing relevant proofs & it is simple to get a comprehensive health insurance plan for your hospitalization expenses in India.

You can reach out to any insurance expert of Beshak for further assistance in this regard.

Best Wishes,

Satish Kumar H
