I was Diagnosed with Tuberculous pleural effusion in 2012 i was completed whole 10 months treatment now i dont have any health issue but now i dont have any documents so can i get the policy

Hope you are feeling better now.
Was it in 2012 or 2022, when you were diagnosed with the disease? Generally there is a cooling period of 12 months in many companies after your treatment is over which can vary from company to company.
You can reach out to your health insurance advisor who can get a pre-issuance approval from respective company by sharing your medical documents based on which you take the required action.
Even if you log in a policy with any company with declaration & the company denies to accept your proposal, you will liable for full refund without any deduction.
