Dear Members,
My query is whether Sec.45 applicable on the health insurance products sold by Life insurance companies?
Icici life insurance selling cancer & heart care health policy . So, is that Sec.45 applicable for this policy?

Health insurance and cancer insurance sold by Life insurers are covered under section 45 .
Simple logic is that these contracts are for a term and not one year renewable contract like health insurance contract .
