Regarding cover for New Born

Like I know some policies cover newborn after 90 days waiting period but there are some policy with covers newborn form day -1 like Max Bupa health premia which covers newborn from day-without any sub-limit (up to sum insured ) so my question Is
if the newborn detects some congenital internal problems (which is covered) will the insurance company bound to renew the insurance policy with the newborn as an insured person no matter what at the renewal as they stated that the newborn will be covered as the insured person up to policy period ending.

Dr Gauri,
Max Bupa Health Premia provides coverage for medical expenses incurred towards a new borne upto the next policy renewal date (annual renewal) subject to continuous coverage of mother for 24 months under health insurance. The coverage is not automatically renewable for the new borne. The parents have to formally propose for child's coverage under their health insurance at the next renewal by filling a proposal form & paying the due premium. Grant of health insurance is subject to underwriting policies of Max Bupa.
Also, please note that the parents must get the child included in their policy (without paying premium) within first 90 days of birth via endorsement.
Hope this will suffice.
