Hope you are doing well and safe! We have defined various metrics internally for rating the Customer Service Experience of all the Life Insurers in Beshak ★ Ratings. Insurer's response time on Toll-Free and Social Media platforms like Twitter, data available in the Public Disclosures of each insurer are few metrics that we have reviewed, however, we would not be able to disclose all the metrics that we have considered for our analysis. All the analysis has been done in-house and everything is proprietary to Beshak.
