Term Life Claim made to nominee and legal heir wants to claim it back

There is a case wherein policy holder has died and the nominee is his brother. Insurance company has paid claim to nominee. Wife is legal heir and wants to have that claim money paid to the nominee. Need help to resolve this case. Rather need reference for legal professional who can fight this case

Hello Narendra!
Apologies for the delayed reply! As per my understanding, the policyholder's wife will fall under the Class 1 heir and his brother will fall under the Class 2 heir. Class 1 legal heir may have an upper hand in getting the claim amount even though the nominee was clearly stated as the brother.
You may have to get in touch with a professional lawyer to get a better understanding and fight this case.
