Unable to get medicines consumables & disposables break up the bill

Hi,
FHPL insurance asking to provide break up a bill of 25K (Medicines consumables & disposables).
The non network hospital refusing to give that bill.
Clinic has already provided breakup bill for each thing like anasthetic , doctor fee separately but for medicines consumables they did not given rather they have given letter head but still fhpl not accepting it

Hi,
You'll have to persuade the hospital staff to give the details as the claim is pending. If they still don't oblige, inform the TPA/insurer about the same and you may also them give an authorization letter to get the information from the hospital directly (a sample letter is published here: https://is.gd/claimauthorization).
Another way is to send/forward an email to the hospital/doctor email id with the details of the query letter and whatever the hospital replies, forward it back to the TPA/insurer.
