United India Insurance Company: Super top up

I want to take super-top-up from UIIC. I have UIIC individual policy.

But when I go to UIIC web page, there is no information on super top up. There is only one link to renew super-top-up. But no link to subscribe to fresh super top up.

Any information regarding the same will be helpful.
