It is difficult for anyone to say that persons with a particular medical condition will be accepted or not by any insurance company.

Acceptance or rejection of proposal based on the individual underwriting guidelines of the insurance company. They will evaluate your proposal based on disclosure of your relevant medical history and other aspects in the proposal form, which includes spondylitis in your case.

Like Hari Sir, pointed it will be difficult to give you a straight answer. Each company have their own underwriting guidelines.

An existing disease should not prevent you from buying a health insurance plan. Make true & honest declarations while filling the form. Incase you are unable to find any option to declare existing condition please send an email to customer care along with latest prescription, medical reports etc.
